This grade 4 natural comes to us from the Gute kebele in Sidama, Ethiopia. This community grows coffee at very high elevations, above 1,800 meters above sea level. The washing station that this coffee was prepared at is managed by Yednekachew Selish, and serves 480 farmers in the region. After picking, this natural was dried for 16 days until it reached ideal moisture levels.

This Ethiopia has lovely notes of Plum, Nougat, and Bakers Chocolate and is great for any brewing method at home.
