About this coffee
Red wine and juicey notes like never tasted before exist in this naturally processed Sidra from Finca El Diviso in Pitalito, Huila. Adrian and Nestor Lasso are brothers of Finca El Diviso in Colombia.
Grown at 1,850 meters, this coffee undergoes carefully controlled fermentation followed by low-temperature drying to preserve its distinctive aromas. Sidra is also a very rare variety that is similar in its rarity like Geshas, but is often found in Colombia.
The result is a vibrant, layered cup with plenty to explore in every sip.
This coffee recently won Gold in Filter for the Global Coffee Awards 2026, as well as scoring as the 2nd highest coffee in the entire competition.
